Change references to "script packages" in documentation

Let's rename "script packages" to "script bundles" in the Bro manual to avoid confusion with bro-pkg packages.

This term basically just shows up at the Bro Package Index and the titles of the sub pages, e.g., "Package: base/frameworks/input".
