Broctl loses state with uppercase characters in node names in node.cfg

Description

If you use uppercase characters in the node name in node.cfg and start a cluster with broctl, then close and reopen broctl, broctl does not properly load the state of the Bro cluster. To avoid this problem, you can simply use nodes with all lowercase names.
